In an effort to recruit more spiritual leaders and pastors, many churches today are offering free scholarships to Bible college. In this day and time, pastors and spiritual leaders are needed more than ever. This includes for the millions of people who are suffering today from financial troubles, who need a word of inspiration and encouragement to keep on going. In addition, there are also thousands of military families that are in need of spiritual inspiration and encouragement to help them deal with being separated from their husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers. In order to provide more grass roots spiritual training, more Bible colleges today are teaching directly from the Bible. In past years, some colleges began implementing more mainstream educational tools and materials, however more students today are requesting to be taught directly from Bible passages. Some of the passages being used today include the book of Moses, and also the books of Jeremiah and Ezekiel which talks about Revelations and living in the last days.
